Dear Parents:

In year two of HTBL our registration grew 20% and we were able to offer a 13u program and a 14-16u program.  

We are excited to grow this division in 2023 as the recreational baseball league for the entire township,

1) HTBL will run under the guidance of the Hilltop Board of Directors as its own division separate to the Hilltop 4-12 divisions: including registration fees.

2) Fields - we will be playing/practice at the Steel Field, Grange Field, Haverford Reserve and Elwell fields.

3) Rules - regular baseball rules with batting the line up.

4) Age groups - Each season registration numbers will determine our divisions by age groups.  Our goal is to offer a 13u division and 16u division.
