Dear Parents:

Please review your summer vacation plans or other sports activities during May, June and July before making the decision to try out.   Expect to have an activity every night and weekend during the June and July timeframe.  Tournament schedules are not fixed.  They provide a date range.  Success and weather play a factor on when games will be played.

Please evaluate your child's skill level for tournament participation.  Team will be selected and cuts will have to be made.

Note that often second or "B" teams are discussed.  Second or "B" teams are based on the quality of players at tryouts.  Only after the number of players that tryout will the board consider a "B" team.

A player must attend 75% of their in house game to be eligible for tournament play, that includes playoffs.

Players will be rated and assigned to a team per the age group they tryout for.  Players do not get to select a team or manager to play for.  Hilltop will offer the player a chance to participate on their assigned team, the player has the right to decline.

Players must live in the Hilltop boundaries to be considered for the "A" team as we are a Haverford Township league.

Dates and Times can be found on the commitment letter as well as manager contact information.
